I ate a grilled cheese animal style with some animal style fries around 1145 am today (9/9/16). Around 330 is when my symptoms started and I have been in n out of the bathroom ever since :( I have nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain

Ate chili fries regular burger & turkey avocado between 5 people at 11:30 pm. 3 got sick hours later with diarrhea and nausea. Chili tasted like it had faucet water in it. Just didn't taste right.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate breakfast. Sunday morning Eggs hash browns biscuits and gravy Felt nauseous 30 min after and all day. Had diarrhea and couldn't eat rest of day. My daughter vomited 30 min after and had diarrhea all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
