ate the homestyle crispy chicken sandwich with fries and lemonade around 4pm on 1/14/17, and started having symptoms around 11pm. Diarrea, vomiting, fever, chills lasted thru the night, and extremely weak the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills

Woke up early in the morning with projectile vomit, nausea, and violent diarrhea after consuming haberno wings and French fries from wingstop during the late night.
