BBQ chicken Flat Bread with Baguette on side; Cherry Pastry. I spent the night in the bathroom with fever, chills, sweats, stomach cramps and diarrhea. Ate nothing but Panera all day, so not sick from other food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Sweating

Bought a chicken box meal. December 2, 2016, went home ate. Around 3 am had a rush of diarreah, and shivering. Stomach has been gurgling all day, felt bad all day on December 3,2016 , taste of the Cole slaw when belching, loads of very smelly gas.
