Ate a double cheeseburger around 11:00 am on Friday June 24th. Had nothing else remotely risky all that day (just stuff like apples, a banana, etc), and by evening had severe diarrhea that lasted until the next day,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had a vegetarian burrito with white rice, black beans, fajitas, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, mild salsa, cheese and a couple bites of my daughter's quesadilla.We also shared chips/guac. I have thrown up 3 times and feel nauseous.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
