I had my usual nachos and spicy potato soft taco, I felt sick right after eating it. A few hours later I had diarrhea and then the nausea kicked in. I've been running back and forth puking for hours now.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate a costco hot dog /soda ( pepsi+diet pepsi) at the food court on 3/24/16 around 3pm. Ketchup, deli mustard only a few onions. Got home indigestion early evening, ate some tums, vomited around 8:30pm. I have an iron stomach. never again!  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Had a hot dog and a polish here with relish, onion, mustard, deli mustard, and ketchup. Also had a Pepsi and a Sierra Mist drink. Got sick after that. Those are the only things me and my wife had that other family members didn't have, and we both got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
