My child ate a McDonald's happy meal with peeled chicken nuggets and fries, plus a few spoonfuls of an M'n'm McFlurry and a sprite. They threw up twice that evening, felt nauseous, and got the chills. Nothing else was consumed after the meal except a little water.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Ate the shrimp from there it looked a little undercooked but I still ate it.
