I ate a bold beans, rice, and cheese burrito from Del Taco, I ate the burrito around 10pm last nite. I experienced horrible stomach pains at 5am & preceded to the bathroom. The diarrhea was pure fire  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Possibly sick from an apple Thursday April 25th. About 2 hours after eating the apple I was violently throwing up multiple times.
