I threw up within two hours of eating at the Applebee’s in Lodi. I hadn’t eaten anything else all day After having the steak skillet on top of grilled mushrooms for dinner at Applebee’s about 5-6 Hours later I had diarrhea and was throwing up. I was so sick that I ended up at the hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

On 4/21 I ordered Viva food market Chinese food from the deli at around 7pm. Went home and ate at around 8pm. Went to bed and woke up at 2:30am feeling nauseous, stomach aches, diarrhea and vomiting.
