Ordered 2 burgers, I ate the burger, and fries and my grandson ate the bread and fries. I began to throw up within one hour and through out the night into the next day. Grand son did not eat the burger and did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I felt strangely full and bloated after eating at noon. Then at 7?my stomach started to hurt. By 9:30 I was violently ill until 4:30 am with fever chills, watery diarrhea every 15 minutes and vomiting. I can't remember the last time I was so sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills

I ate the Orange chicken fried rice with teriyaki and chow main at 6:00pm went back to work and started feeling nauseous with bad stomach pains to were vomiting was my only option i got sent home from work  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate Sausage Egg mcmuffin 1/25/16 in the morning at mcdonalds inside walmart in Bend OR. By the afternoon lower intestines felt like a rock in there and up all night.. a real nightmare.. now on day 2 very weak, can't work and slow to get better. I reported this to them this morning 1/26/16  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Weakness
