I think from a Caramel Late ,from here. My Wife and I,both had one. Within hours we both have stomach cramps and diarrhea(explosive. ) Pain,cramps and mussels sore. It happened on Sunday March 20. 2022  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I had turkey provolone sub and chipotle chicken cheese steak sub on April 23 and still feel very sick. It’s note April 27 and have not been able to get out of bed except to use the bathroom. Stomach is still very upset  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got 2 cheeseburgers and almost immediately felt nauseous. Few hours later after trying to hold it down I threw food up. Then hour after threw up fluid I was drinking. Now have headache and chills  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
