Ate here for lunch on friday aug 2 at approximately 2pm. Later that evening i came down with severe stomach pains. Nausea and vomiting and diarrhea. I ended up passing out and busting my head open. Went to hospital and came back positive for ecoli and that was the only place i ate at  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
