Last week, Cereal. Lucky charms I ate some dry cereal before going to bed. Woke up two or three hours later. Nauseous with unusual diarrhea symptoms for about 3 hours. My stomach remained upset for 12 hours then went away.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

April 7 resort. Sapphire falls resort or city walk. Severe, Food was day before at 6pm so not sure if it could be that. Had soup at hotel. Woke up 5am severe vomiting and diareah headache and fever  Still having symptoms   | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea, Nausea

Honestly so disappointed in them. Heard so many amazing things I couldn’t wait to try it. I ordered the pad thai it was decent. 4 hours later I was puking and also having it come out the other end. My husband thought it was the calamari but he had also had it and is completely fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

About two weeks ago I had a bowl in Lucky Charms for lunch and became violently ill - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. I haven't been able to eat right since. Down 12 lbs and have an endoscopy scheduled as a result.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
