Yesterday my son had the exact same happy meal at here on east colonial .. nuggets .. apples .. now he can’t way and vomiting and dirreah and fever , The happy meal  No I just know my son had this yesterday and now having all these symptoms and can’t get him to eat   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Had Steak and cheese with a bowl of bacon potato soup. Around 1:30 pm
Started vomiting violently with Diarrhea at same time sometimes for 10 hours straight then ended with diarrhea Periodically for next 12 hours 24 hours altogether  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
