I ate a rare 18oz ribeye steak with a loaded baked potato, a house salad and mac and cheese balls. I ordered all of this via take out I eat it around 2000 hrs and started experiencing symptoms around 2030 hrs. I have had nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Hours after eating red potatoes that were throughly washed, I vomited for several hours while having diarrhea at the same time.
