We visited tonight for an earlier dinner. My boyfriend got the French dip sandwich, French fries, and a coke. We hadn’t eaten since eggs at home for breakfast and packed pb and j sandwiches from home on the trip to Savannah. 2 hours after we got back from eating, he had severe vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
