My wife and I ate at 10:00pm and we woke up at 5:50am with nausea it is already 6:33 and we are still vomiting, I am 100% sure it was the nuggets I thought they were cold but they were really my wife ate a little more than me and she is the one who is worse #vomitos #náuseas #wendys  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My Husband and Adult Daughter ate Ice Cream from here late Saturaday Night, both are extremely ill vommiting non stop and diarrhea, we are at the Dr. Now because its so bad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

First time eating this because worked all day and wanted something quick to eat. Went to sleep for few hours then woke up with terrible stomach pain and was vomiting/diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
