Fried chicken from deli. It happened, It started last Wednesday. I got some fried chicken from here. ate two wings when I got home and felt sick immediately. Ate two breasts and have had severe diarrhea since. for five days now.,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I got sick after eating Undercooked 4oz. Lobster
Lobster tail had an awful smell. I had a tiny piece before I said I can’t eat this. It smelled and tasted as if was right out of the sea.
That tiny piece was enough to get me very sick and I threw up right before leaving the restaurant.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other

First time eating. Had a bacon cheeseburger with fries, ended up with severe stomach pain/vomiting/diarrhea for two days. Had to sit in the ER for hours, git a CT scan and my upper GI tract was bleeding, inflamed colon. Never eating a burger like that ever again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I bought Hormel pepperoni from here. Started getting sick the same day with high fever severe dehydration anemia and rvr heart rhythm. I was in the Hospital 4 days, potassium very low.. I saved the pepperoni in a ziplock bag in the fridge.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Dehydration
