I ate 4 chicken sandwich. Two on Monday November 5th and two Tuesday November 6th., After I consumed two this past Tuesday, I started to have diarrhea and stomach pains which is now still occurring  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Got food around 11:00 am. I sat and ate for about 30 minutes then left to attend a movie. As soon as I walked into the theatre I felt light headed and my face grew hot. I vomited all over the theater floor  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Eggs, 2 - Got sick 2 hours after consuming. Ate 2 morning sandwiches. 1 sausage mcmuffin & 1 egg mcmuffin. May have been bread or cheese, not sure if daughter's sandwich may not have had egg.  | Symptoms: Nausea
