I am a loyal Papa John's customer. I got food poisoning on September 29 2016. I was over at a friend house and she also got food poisoning

I missed out of work for a whole week because it is food poisoning. My first day back at work was October 11th. Something needs to be done about about this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate some of my salad and then notice the taste and flipped it over to see green slim on the bottom. The next day I was nauseous, throwing up, stomach cramps,headache. It lasted 6 days went to hospital twice  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache

Ate the meal last night my young brother had the whopper meal. I'm 20 weeks pregnant woke up to terrible stomach pains nausea and vomiting and of course diarrhea called my physician and was told as long as I had no fever to continue to take fluids.… See more
