Shrimp fettuccine  Ate dinner Sunday the 9th at this place, woke up at 2am with diarrhea. Woke up at 7am with diarrhea and vomiting, lasted till 1 before I called a ambulance. Throwing up every 15 minutes. I got admitted to the hospital for 1 full day. Still feeling ill  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea

My wife and I ate at here in March of 2019. I don't remember what dish I had but she remembers that I had chicken and she had something else. I got sick that night and had symptoms for months after. I have finally recovered and it has been over a year.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
