I had their chili cheese fries and a day later I first was constipated with EXTREME stomach pains for two days. Then for the next 2 days my stool was black and my abdominals were on FIRE. Then the last day i had black diarrhea for hours on end with pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I visited Panera Bread around 8pm on 4/24/18. I ordered a half Mediterranean salad with bread & a soba noodle bowl with edamame. I have been sick since 2am with throwing up, and diarrhea. It's now 9am and I'm still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich around 11:30am Sunday, got home and the sandwich tasted "metallic". I assumed it was from the wrapper. I took maybe 5-6 bites and couldn't finish it.
