I had the Tapas box on the plane for dinner. The United flight I was on last night - someone complained of the smell of barf before taking off. And the flight attendant provided bags of coffee to get rid of the smell, Flight departed Chicago at 6:30  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
