I ate Chinese rice and chicken lunch special and I had to be hospitalized for food poisoning the ambulance carried me out my home nausea vomiting up what appeared to be a roach contaminated food I vomited for 16 hours with stomach cramps  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
