I ate Great Value Cream Cheese Spread, 8 oz Tub. Started to feel dizzy after half an hour. Within an hour, the catastrophic diarrhea began. I have intestinal cramping, diarrhea, and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Dizziness, Cramps
