Friday Christmas eve I had it for lunch I heard that the lettuce was tainted. My friend who ate in a KY. Store, was sick within an hour or so of eating there. I was sick within 2-3 hours. It completely RUINED OUR CHRISTMAS!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Muscle Pain

classic chicken sandwich My parents and I all got the classic chicken sandwich from there. about an hour after I ate I started getting severe stomach cramps and had started vomiting. my parents both had diarrhea but no vomiting. I had severe vomiting and severe diarrhea.

Ordered burger king I ate a bacon cheeseburger and drank sweet tea 2 hours later. I was experiencing nausea it hit me fast and I vomited I also have been experiencing severe stomach cramps  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

My sister took us to applebees for her birthday which everyone knew was a mistake but her so we went to applebees and I got chicken and then I had diarrhea for the next three days and counting. Symptoms started when I got home  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Only thing I ate all day Saturday 7pm, woke with vomiting diarrhea sweating 4am, vomited 5 times next 24 hrs, notified county health on Monday. Food was barely above room temperature during busy hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
