I ordered a hot and ready half and half pizza (pepperoni and cheese). I took one bite of the cheese pizza and it tasted pasty without sauce and very dry. A few minutes later, I started feeling nauseated. My first and last time eating Wal Mart pizza.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I had the ham sandwhich at noon. The lettuce seemed old. Ate it fast for lunch. By 6 pm I had stabbing pains in stomach and diarrhea by 7pm. Awful gas and toilet issues continued into the night. Next day still having cramps and pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps

Ordered 2 steak gordita and one hard shell taco at 7:47 march 25th, a Saturday night.
Employwe that took my order (pink hair with neck tattoo was pushy as I ordered)
2 hours after I ate my food I was hunched over in stomach pains, chills, and threw up all night. All symptoms of food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills

Ate the double bacon egg chedar breakfast sandwich at 11 and noticed my stomach churning immediately after, 8 hours later had diarrhea so bad it was as if I had eaten greasy street vendor tacos. I dont know what they make that sandwich with but it's not natural.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
