My grand-daughter ate dinner at Chili's; she had some of the chicken enchiladas. They did not taste very good and she did not finish them. The next morning she had nausea and vomiting and diarrhea. Her symptons continue today and if they worsen I will take her to the doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
