Suspected source: Ate cream of chicken and porkchops for dinner my stomach has been cramping I've tried using the bathroom a few times it's only gas

I just ate a French Roast Beef sandwich. I feel like someone is trying to pull my intestines out, alot of cramping and real pain. I also got a chocolate shake so it could be that.  | Symptoms: Cramps, Stomach Pain
