I ordered a house salad from here and as I was eating it I could tell the lettuce tasted funny, I stopped eating it and went to bed (around 9 pm). At 3 am I woke up with severe diarrhea and vomiting. I vomited around 10 times and have been ill the rest of the following day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

4 of us stopped for a quick lunch passing through to Chicago. Two people had quarter pounders, one had hamburgers, one had nuggets. We all had drinks. We’re are all sick from both ends hours later.
