09/04/2023 Brought a box of goober chocolates from Family Dollar. Opened the box (while driving) poured into hand and the box was full of maggots. Health department visited store 09/06/2023 & they still had the box of candy with the maggots.

I ordered 2 large pizza and 2 orders of crazy bread about 30 minutes before closing time. I woke up in the early morning hours with my stomach hurting so bad and having diarrhea and vomiting. This is my 3rd day and my stomach hurts so bad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
