Ate a Tontino's Combination Party Pizza, and have had diarrhea for days. Yesterday I was feeling better, but after eating another Pizza I'm down sick again. I ate the second pizza not knowing it was the pizza causing it. I’ve had what appeared to be food poisoning twice after eating at Mellow Mushroom. The first time it was after eating a sandwich, and the second time was after eating pizza. Grayson KY McDonalds Sunday Aug 13.  Ordered the quarter pounder and fries.  Only hour later was vomiting and had diarrhea. Quarter pounder and fries. Very hot day and the food was already prepared and ready to go.  Went thru the drive through.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
