Around 6:30 PM on 01/24/2024, I ate tacos and a bean burrito. Felt fine and went to bed at 10 PM. Woke up at 3 AM with intense stomach cramps and nausea. Took Zofran, minimally effective. Have been forcing my vomit back down each time it surges… See more

I ate an order of chicken quesadillas and about 30 minutes later I became very nauseous and began to vomiting then had severe diarrhea. I had chills and had to lay on the bathroom floor because I couldn’t move I was so weak and sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills

My daughter and husband are both experiencing nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. The only thing they ate that my son and I didn't is Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread. It doesn't expire until March 11th, but there was a small spot of something black on the end of it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got sick after eating salad and or smoked bbq. We had dinner at about 5:30/6. At about 9/10 that evening started getting a headache. Within 30 minutes of headache I was vomiting (3x's ). Diarrhea in the morning. I was the only person that had salad  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
