I ate sonic at about 9am this morning. I had a wrap with sausage. I became sick at about 11am. Horrible gas and diarrhea. My coworker also ate a meal that contained sausage. He is experiencing the same issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

2230 Saturday night, got 4 for 4 combo with crispy chicken sandwich. Included fries and nuggets. By 0330 Sunday morning was in severe abdominal pain and began vomiting and having diarrhea. Vomiting persisted for first 24 hours. It is now Tuesday and the diarrhea has yet to cease.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

We got a large pizza and within 10 minutes of eating it my son started vomiting, my mom spent the night on the toilet and I felt ill and nauseated all night with gas problems.
