Had a burrito bowl, chicken, white rice, Pinto beans, pico, Medium salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Are at 9pm saturday, was up vomiting at 5 am Sunday. My wife and I ate the exact same thing for the entire day, with the exception of the Pico and the cheese.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered both the artichoke chicken and southwest style steak wrap yesterday, almost immediately I had gas, today it's diarrhea, nausea and fever. I am wondering how I will go to work for my evening shift.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas
