Got my daughter a turkey and cheese sub last night for dinner. About 2 hours after, her stomach was hurting terribly and was nauseous. About 2am, she threw up all over my bed then had diahrea for over an hour. Now she seems fine  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had chicken bowl with rice. About 1 hour later I felt nauseous and had to vomit. Two days later I still feel nauseous. The place was frantic and dirty. It was understaffed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

On 8/28/ 2021 around 9 pm two separate people ate a "chicken pita sandwich " there and ended up throwing up /vomiting within 3 hours. Vendor needs to be tested/inspected asap.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate the Burrito Bowl for lunch w/Steak Pinto beans, cheese, lettuce corn and peppers, and the mild sauce.By the time I got home needed the bathroom because of Diarrhea, then again about an hour later. Now nauseas and belching. Never again!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Burping
