I went to Panera Bread just before they were closing and order a Caeser salad. Shortly after eating the salad, i vomited and experienced loose stools. I think the dressing had been allowed to reach a warm temperature since it was late Sunday evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate little ceisar pizza yesterday 4/10/17 and my stomach been hurting I feel cold but my Body is real hot a fever like , I three up 1 time and still feel sick I will be seeking a doctor tomorrow  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Ordered Farmhouse salad with everything on it (around 6:00 pm on 3/5/17). Started feeling ill around 2:30 am on 3/6/17. Violent vomiting and diarrhea which lasted about 14 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
