Yesterday I ate a blueberry muffin before I took headache medicine, within an hour or 2 my headache didn't go and I started getting sick to my stomach. I've been throwing up after hours after I ate it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ate a few rolls with butter. Food came had an 8 oz steak with bbq chicken combo which kinda looked under cooked and mashed potatoes. Ate A bite of the chicken and half of the steak and 2 bites of the mashed potatoes. Started feeling the symptoms as soon as i got home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to tacobell and got 2 cheesy potato burtitos and 1 xxl stuffed burrito, i later woke up in the middle of the night vomiting alot and had a headache, i did not feel better until 2 days later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I ate around midnight the 15th started feeling sick an hour later with diarrhea then cramps was woken up later that night with very bad diarrhea and horrible sharp cramps so bad I was in tears that continued all day and I'm still having diarrhea and cramps 24 Hurst later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
