Ate a few rolls with butter. Food came had an 8 oz steak with bbq chicken combo which kinda looked under cooked and mashed potatoes. Ate A bite of the chicken and half of the steak and 2 bites of the mashed potatoes. Started feeling the symptoms as soon as i got home.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我去了 tacobell，得到了 2 个俗气的土豆墨西哥卷饼和 1 个 xxl 的墨西哥卷饼，后来我半夜醒来呕吐很多头疼，直到两天后我才感觉好些  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛

15 日午夜左右我吃了东西，一个小时后开始因腹泻而感到不适，然后那天晚上晚些时候抽筋被醒来，腹泻非常严重，痉挛太糟糕了，我流下了眼泪持续了一整天，我还在腹泻和抽筋 24 Hurst 之后我还在流泪  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
