Friday 3/10/17, went to bdubs in Lansing, mi. The ranch dressing had a tangy taste. Asked the server if it was blue cheese. She said it was ranch. Within minutes, my stomach turned and spent 2 days with severe intestinal issues. Reported the problem to the manager… 更多

5 月 3 日星期二晚上 8 点左右在 Qdoba 订购了一个龙舌兰酒石灰鸡肉卷饼碗外带。早上晚些时候开始出现症状。第二天早上连续腹泻 5 次... 呕吐了一次，但从那以后一直很恶心。因疲劳、虚弱、喉咙痛和整体不安感而决定去看医生。
