I went to BK on my lunch break and ordered Chicken Fries combo...That night I felt a in and out dull pain in my stomach but when I woke later in the morning I had explosive diarrhea for the rest of the day and my stomach was messed up for the next few days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had the ham breakfast sandwich and about 5 hours later I was throwing up and had awful upper stomach pains. I hate to go to the hospital because the pain was so bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate the Shrimp po-boy with a side salad. Four hrs later was hit with extreme nausea followed by vomitting then diarrhea. Passed out at least 3 times from the explosiveness of it all.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

On Thursday Feb. 4th for lunch I ate a Burrito bowl with only chicken, avocado and salsa. The diarrhea started Saturday night and continues till now, Tuesday Feb 9th. My colleague from work who ate with me also had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
