Bought some frozen veggie meatballs, cooked them according to package instructions, the next day woke up nauseous and had severe diarrhea develop over the day. Next morning diarrhea and nausea continues with vomiting up my stomachs entire contents.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I have Celiac disease and asked for a McDouble no bun, and explained to them that I have celiac disease, and had a reaction to it. Avoid if you have food allergies.

Not sure. We both got sick and ate different food. 2 got extremely sick 10-15 minutes after eating different food. Nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea.
