I went to IKEA in Canton, MI and ate the meatball meal with mashed potatoes and peas. Also had the berry sauce and a side salad with honey mustard and the pear drink. I was fine when I went in there, but towards the end of my
meal I felt like I was getting overly full. I felt very uncomfortable for the rest of the day. Then towards the end of the night I started getting really gassy. At first it was normal, then it turned into really long farts (sorry don’t know how else to phrase it). It then went to long and smelly ones. I then noticed that my burps were smelling like rotten eggs. I felt very nauseous too. That night I had horrible diarrhea and painful. I thought it would be over after that night. I’ve still had this issue for the past 3 days. Not as bad as the first day, but still having issues.
UPDATE: I’m still having issues and my doctors have confirmed it is food poisoning. Testing to see what it is now. We’re thinking it’s Salmonella. I have a feeling that it is the peas or the self-serve side salad. There were others that ate the meatballs and did not get sick. The peas and salad are the only things that I ate and no one else did. I will NEVER eat at IKEA again! I really didn’t before, but I will make sure to never eat there again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas

Bought some frozen veggie meatballs, cooked them according to package instructions, the next day woke up nauseous and had severe diarrhea develop over the day. Next morning diarrhea and nausea continues with vomiting up my stomachs entire contents.

Around 6:30pm I made my way after walking through the show room and market place. The only thing I had eaten prior to going to this establishment was a Turkey/cracker lunchable and a small latte (made with Almond milk). At here I ordered a Veggie Dog and
a regular Hot Dog. I decided to eat the Veggie Dog first, scrapping the toppings off of it. After getting half-way through it, I began eating the regular hot dog. I eventually finished both. About 3 hours later I was in complete, utter pain! I had never had this type of pain in my stomach before. It was so bad, I couldn’t properly lay down. I had to get on all fours while massaging my stomach so the upper abdominal cramps wouldn’t be so sharp. This pain lasted for a good hour before I decided to drink a soda to help relieve some pressure in my stomach. That certainly helped but I also made me a glass of hot tea. I attribute this whole thing to their food because what I had eaten prior to going to their establishment was something I would typically eat with no problems. I hope you all aren’t spreading food poisoning. I would NEVER come back here ever again!!

After shopping, I had the classic meatball dinner. During my drive home (2.5 hours) I started feeling a bit queasy, but I thought it was car sickness. I got home, got ready for bed, and about an hour later I felt as though I was having a
hot flash. Within 10 minutes, I was vomiting non-stop. I could barely catch my breath. This went on for 15 minutes. Then, I felt back to normal.

My wife and I ate the same thing, except one of the bread rolls, which I alone consumed. The next day, I was having ferocious diarrhea. This is the only difference in the eating habits of my wife and I -- the Ikea bread roll. I suspect it may have been the culprit.

A few days ago I decided to give Wingstop a try especially since a new one opened near me. I ordered a split of boneless and bone in wings with a side order of fries around 1830. Not only did my fries taste old and burnt, but
at least two of the bone in chicken wings tasted weird. I've been sick since around Monday and it feels like I'm feeling worse. I have a combination of diarrhea and constipation, nausea, lightheadedness, dizziness and a headache. In the morning if it doesn't get better, I'm going to the hospital.

Additional information: I had been drinking Ryze Mushroom Matcha for about a month and a half before the onset of daily episodes of
chills, fever and tremors, starting sometime between 10:30a and 1:30p. At first I was not sure of the relationship and sought treatment from my PCP who could not find any cause after examining me and in his office. During my second episode he sent me to the ER because my fever would not respond to ibuprofen. A battery of tests were done (urinalysis, CT scans of head, pelvis, and abdomen, chest x-rays, EKG, full blood work analysis) and no apparent cause was found, so I was put on a broad spectrum antibiotic as a precaution. I voluntarily stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha for a few days, although my PCP and the ER doctor did not think it could be the cause, and I did not have the fever and tremors on the days I did not drink it. Once I felt totally recovered and was done with the antibiotics, I drank my usual cup of Ryze Mushroom Matcha, but only about half the cup. Within 4 hours after drinking it, I had another episode of severe chills, tremors, and a fever which finally subsided about 4 hours after taking 800mg of Motrin. It's taken a few days for my body to recover, but I have stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha and I have not had any recurring episodes. The closest drop-down was Rhyze Mushrooms, but that’s not correct. I ordered the Ryze Mushroom Matcha from ryzesuperfoods .com.
