I ate salad with carnitas, lettuce, mild salsa, and guacamole. I felt sick within a half hour of eating and vomited up the whole meal within and 1 1/2 hours of eating there.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I had the detox island green superfood smoothie; daughter had the orange ginger glow and was fine. Spinach or kale may have been the culprit. Very sick for almost 24 hours and still recouping 24 hours later. Haven’t been able to eat since Sunday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

May 28,2018 my husband, brother in law, and 5 years old son all eat chicken sandwiches , chicken nuggets and Whooper all got sick the same night, with mild fiver , cramping and diarrhea, especially our little one son.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
