Husband and I had chicken tenders meal....shared it. He felt it within a couple hours and needed a bathroom. I didn't feel it for a couple more hours, I had abdominal pain and through up 3 times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I got a burrito with cheese steak guacamole tomatoes corn and white rice, I woke up in the morning with severe diarrhea and muscle weakness. I have commuted multiple times today and it is extremely unbearable.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
