Ate a packaged Kale Salad at 6:30 pm last night. My daughter and I both have been vomiting and suffering with diarrhea since 3:00 am. Can’t keep water down and feel very dehydrated, shaky, with lots of GI tract discomfort  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a fry , bacon McDonald add mayo and nuggets and not even 20 minutes after had diarrhea and vomiting . Three hours later I am still sick with diarrhea . I went to the location across the street from the Maplewood Mall ; this is my first time eating from this McDonald’s .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
