Ordered the number one combo with the four sliders, fries and a coke around 1pm. Starting feeling sicks and nauseas around 5-6pm, and then threw up everything a little after 9pm. It looked as if the food didn't even break down. I threw up coughing chunks of food. I will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

On Dec 24, approx 3:30, I had Caesar salad, fried, garlic and wood skewered shrimp, which no one else in my party ate. Approx 8 pm, I began feeling queasy, it’s now 2 am and I’ve been violently ill for over 2 hours so far.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate little caesar's on lake and Nicollet around 5:30 pm. Ordered a cheese pizza. symptons started around 10:30pm - 11:00pm including fever, nausea, vomiting, and uncontrollable cold sweats.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
