This was the only place that I had eaten from the whole day. i have the bacon deluxe meal with cheese curds and oinions rings. it was around 1-2pm and starting for 4-5pm that night I started have really bad stomache aches and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I don’t know what it is about this specific sub shop but every single time I order it, I have painful stomach cramps and bad diarrhea. I’ve tried doing eliminations of ingredients, no onions, no tomato, no pickles, no oil, etc., bc my boyfriend doesn’t get sick… See more

Within two hours of eating honey nut Cheerios, my partner and I were sick. He was sick two days before me and we thought he drank spoiled milk, but we use two different milks (he has cow milk, I use oat milk). The only common denominator was the cereal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered an iced apple crisp macchiato at 2:30 in the afternoon. By 5 pm I was nauseated and by 630 I had severe severe diarrhea. It is now 1 am and I am still nauseated and experiencing diarrhea

Tomatoes in the tacos I ordered 3 tacos at 2 pm. I ate them shortly after I bought them. Within 2 hours after I ate them, I was sick. 
Yesterday. I ordered tacos about 2pm. Two hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea and a temperature. I slept a lot.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
