Ate a steak burrito from chipotle on Wednesday - late Wednesday started getting bad abdominal pains and some loose stools. Woke up the next morning early- throwing up. I threw up the chipotle. It is Thursday evening now Ann I'm still sick. Had stomach pains, nausea, vomiting and headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
