Company Sales Conference at Flavors Buffet on July 9, 2018. Ate steak the put out for dinner. Within 30 minutes I had pretty painful stomach cramps and vomited about 4 times. The was no Diarrhea. I was up all night with the painful cramps. The next day I felt a little unwell, but no more vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea

I had the gumbo and toast around 2:00 pm and I went to my room to rest before going out for dinner. I was throwing up and I was having diarrhea. I felt miserable all night with fever and nothing would help. I didn't eat that night… See more

I had a cheeseburger and a small coke. One and half hours later, I had violent diarrhea, fever, chills, and severe headache that lasted all night and most of the day today. That was the only thing I ate yesterday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills
