10/13, spouse ate the spicy Korean beef noodle bowl. Within an hour or so complaining of stomsch rumbling snd cramps. Then diarrhea. Said everything just going right thru him. Taking Pepto now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I took my boys to eat last night, 5-13-16 between 7-8 we ordered 2 bacon cheese whoppers and chicken rings. Within 2 hours my self and son were throwing up, all night, and the works. We haven't eaten all day because it was graduation and we were busy that day. No other food could have been culprit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I was on my lunch break and decided to get taco bell and after about an hour of consuming my beefy crunch burrito with creamy jalapeño sauce I had to vomit and had horrible diarrhea. I was let off work early so I could go home and was pretty glued to the toilet seat for the rest of the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate burger kings all bacon burger around 2 in the afternoon. It wasn't until 4:30 p.m. that I began to feel sick. It felt like motion sickness. My stomach is still very queasy and it's now 9:00 p.m.  | Symptoms: Nausea
