After leaving the hospital I stopped there and order a Mexican pizza. I woke up in the middle of night with and upset stomach and a bad case of diarrhea. I had to call into work due to it lasting several hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate lunch here.ate Smothered chicken, Ate smothered chicken, brocolli and carrots and baked potato. Got fever and threw up in their outhouse before we left. Thirsty all afternoon and got same fever and threw up again after eating supper also had black diarrhea a little later. Fine… See more

Boyfriend and I ate the ultimate platter while on holiday, I felt queasy before bedtime woke up next morning both with fever like pains, non stop Diarrhea for the next two days. Never felt so ill like that before. Terribly painful and almost ruined our holiday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
